The Challenge
The process of waste removal has been difficult, from ordering, cleaning up, removing the bins and making payments. As Industry 4.0 is happening, it’s essential for the waste removal businesses to adopt and transform.
Minibin, a waste removal provider in South Australia, had been targeted by a cybersecurity vulnerability, in which the company was forced to take its business offline. The existing framework had become deprecated and was no longer supported, and simply updating the framework was not an option resulting in significant financial losses by the day.
The challenge was to recreate their framework and website with enhanced security measures while concurrently transforming its business into a fully digital system.

On our Rescue service, we rehabilitated the website through our unique development approach. Moved forward with our Rapid service, we created a new iteration of online ordering system, enabling the business to be 100% paperless while securing the design on a stable framework, with continuous updates to prevent similar occurrences.
